Location: Leesburg, VA Comments: : : I have had a 1/4 HP Dragon pump for six years with no problems. Recently the flow over the upper falls slowed down significantly. I contacted the company for help and Mr.Lim himself called and walked me through options to solve the problem. He was exactly right -- it was a clogged impeller. I folllowed his instructions and 30 minutes later my pump was working like the first day I installed it. Mr. Lim is amazing and he truly cares about his customers.

Hobbies: water & flower gardening; singing; piano Location: Nashville, TN Comments: : I've had my 14 x 17 ft garden pond for 12 years. The water was pumped to the upper pond and to the Biotec 10 filter using 3 pumps: 1 Seahorse pump and 2 centrifugal pumps; I estimate the additional electrical costs were $130-150 per month. My pond rebuild project consisted of replacing the three pumps with one efficient pump (the Dragon Series 3/4 HP), installing a 40 mil EPDM liner and underlayment on top of the old liner and underlayment, building a larger bog area, building shelves for water lilies and water plants, and widening the waterfall. I am very pleased with the results and especially with the pump performance. The waterfall looks and sounds beautiful.
(William Lim was readily available to answer questions during my Dragon pump installation. He even called the following week to make sure I was satisfied with the performance. This is truly great customer service).
